Sweet Debbie's Recipe Book Review and Giveaway {#GlutenFree #Vegan}

We love baking! M is always requesting that we bake some sort of gluten free muffin or cupcake. I have been getting bored of the same old standby recipes, so you can imagine how thrilled we were when we received this gem in the mail. Sweet Debbie's Organic Cupcakes is a famous bakery in Los Angeles that offers allergen free treats. How awesome is it that they are sharing their delicious recipes? Pretty sweet if you ask me! After you read our review, you can even enter to win your very own copy!

*Disclosure: We received a complementary copy of the recipe book. Sweet Debbie did not request that we share our opinions. We decided to share information about this cookbook because it is awesome! I reached out to her to secure a copy to use in the giveaway. All opinions in this post are 100% honest and my own. Post contains affiliate links.

Our review...
The first time we had a chance to sit down with Sweet Debbie's Organic Treats recipe book, you would think that we were looking through a storybook. Every page offers easy-to-follow recipes and photos that will make your mouth water! I love the variety of recipes and the simple fact that they are safe for M. Sweet Debbie is ensuring that people with food allergies can still treat themselves every now and then.

Sweet Debbie's book spells out recipes for both sweet and savory goodies.
All recipes are perfect for amateur and experienced bakers. I had M pick out the treats that I should tell you about... mostly because I could not bring myself to just pick a few!

M's picks:
Girl Scout Brownies (inspired by Samoas)
Cosmic Chocolate Chip Cookies
Black and White Delight Cupcakes
Irresistible Red Velvet Cupcakes
Vivid Vanilla Cupcakes

My picks:
Mocha Italian Expresso Cupcakes
Açaí Berry Truffles (unbaked)
Sicilian Mandel Bread

I am super excited to revamp our holiday baking this year. I love that M will be able to take part in the tradition of swapping baked goods. She gets really excited to share her gluten free goodies- especially when they are going to be ah-mazing!

You can follow Sweet Debbie on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest to learn more about her store front, her products or her recipe book!

  8. This looks like a great cook book. I can't believe the stuff you can cook without gluten. And it's vegan, too. I'm pretty sure that means a cookie with no traditional flour OR butter? Very interesting.

This would be really useful for my daughter. She's a vegetarian and sometimes it's difficult to cook for her.
