Back to School Checklist- Free Printable

The back to school shopping is done and we are excited to start school tomorrow! So we don't forget something in the morning, we have put together a list of stuff to do the night before the 1st day of school! If you are a nervous mess like me, be sure to add tissues to your list!

  5. Great list! My daughter still has a couple weeks left before starting her senior year. I think I'm the only parent ever that doesn't take first day of school pictures. But when I do actually remember, I can just text her and she'll send me a selfie :)

    It is getting to be that time of year again where all the kids are getting ready to go back to school. Love your list... anything that makes it go easier and less stress is a very good thing.

    This is about a month earlier than I'm used to. Michigan law requires public schools to start after Labor Day. It's kinda freaking me out to know so many are headed back already! But your tips are awesome!

  8. We made it out the door on time this morning with photos and everything! School was a madhouse this morning with everyone arriving, but we had fun with it. Thanks for reminding me to charge my batteries for the camera!

  12. I am so glad we are home schooling our youngest so I do not have to worry - something about school in pi's sounds great! My oldest is going to be a senior and I am not ready for all the tears that will be coming this year (from me of course!).

  14. Great list I did my pictures the night before because when we leave in the mornings I have no light and they are already lagging so I dress them up the night before and they put the same clothes back on for the first day

  16. I'm definitely going to use this list! We don't need to bring a lunch or anything, but I would be SO UPSET if the camera wasn't charged! My son is starting Preschool this year...and I'm kinda dreading it!

  22. This is a great checklist. It gets extremely difficult to remember everything when you have two kids, a job, a side job, and three dogs. Yeesh.

  27. Great printable. Kiddo is with her mom during the week so we don't really have much chaos around here other than filling the backpack with school supplies and buying her a few outfits.

  28. And we have 1 week to do all of this between sleep away camp an our family vacation! I just worry about clothes since my son grew so much and no longer wears kids sizes!

  38. I would have loved a check list like this when my daughter was younger and I helped her get ready for school! Now, she is a senior in high school and doesn't want my help with any of that :D.

  44. The transportation plan always makes me worry. I stress that my kids won't remember their bus number all the way up until I see them get off of it lol. Great checklist!

  52. I agree; wonderful idea! I've noticed that one of my step-children will go extremely OCD without a plan for days like that and a checklist would take all of the stress out of it for him. Well, most of the stress :o)
