M's Mini-Series: Starfish & Sand Dollar Gluten-Free Crackers

Since it is the summer, both kids are home and snacking constantly! One of the snacks that M and Peanut go through, by the snack cup full, is crackers. Since going gluten-free, crackers have become more expensive and not nearly as tasty. I came across a recipe for GLUTEN-FREE CHEDDAR CRACKER DOUGH on GlutenFreeGirl.com and used our new miniature cookie cutters from DCC Cupcakes and More!

Keep an eye out,  as we will be using DCC Cakes' mini-cookie cutters a lot for future projects!

To make the STARFISH: Freeze the dough and use the cookie cutter to shape the dough.

To make the SAND DOLLARS: Make marble-sized balls from the dough. Place them on the baking sheet and have your kiddos flatten them with a spoon or their thumbs. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

These cheddar crackers were super easy to make and were gone in a matter of hours!
