When I was at the GFAF Expo, I stumbled across a company that makes gluten-free mixes! The good folks at Sevierly Good Gluten-Free offer a wide range of organic baking mixes. I was saving their cookie mix for a
As always, we added a personal touch with a mini cookie cutter from DCC Cakes.
Once cooled, I topped the cookies with a basic icing. Of course, M got to pick the food dye color.
We actually ended up sharing the mini-cookies with M's Pre-K teacher- she has Celiac Disease and has been a huge supporter of M's new diet. Mrs. Sophia loved the cookies and said she had to think twice before sharing them with the kiddos! M told me that all of the kids loved them. Kid tested and Celiac approved!

Those sound SOOO good! Cookies are the favorite sweet amongst the kids in my house. I prefer cupcakes, but I am never one to pass up a good cookie ;)

ReplyDeleteThis cookie cutters are adorable! I have been looking for tiny heart and flower shaped cutter myself but have gotten stuck with the larger sized ones. I've never had organic cookie dough but this sure makes me want to go out and get some.
