Have a Happy Gluten-Free Fourth: 10 Patriotic Recipes

For many people with a food allergy or intolerance, holidays can be very challenging. As a guest with dietary restrictions, you might find yourself asking, "Do I need to bring my own food?" Or maybe you are a host without dietary restrictions asking, "How do I provide treats that all of my guests can enjoy?" Ladies and gentlemen- it is not as hard as you think to find recipes that everyone will enjoy- no matter what their diet.

  9. I love July 4th mainly because I get to bake until I cannot bake anymore! It's such a fun time to make yummy goodies and this list is full of them. Can't wait to make that red,white, and blue popcorn!
