It is official, I am the proud mommy of a kindergartner! I swear that the years go by faster when you have kids! M's year of Pre-K was great. She has made so many improvements this year with the help of her family, friends, teachers and therapists. Our family is more than thankful for the outpouring of support that we have received.
The classes practiced almost every detail of the graduation ceremony. The only thing that they could not practice was walking into a room with over 200 people! I was so nervous that M would just turn around and walk out the door. Apparently all that practice paid off, she walked in like she owned the place. I have never been so proud. Of course all parents are proud of their kids at a graduation, but knowing how much she has overcome in the last year adds a whole other level to my joy!
